Product Description

Application: ZYD High Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration System is mainly used for electric power department and industries to deal with various oils such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, insulating oil, dielectric oil and so on. The machine is especially for purifying the insulation oil in all kinds of large power equipments that are above 110KV, especially for the altitude is over 500-1000 meters. It can remove the free and dissolved water, gas and particles from oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make sure the electric device running safely. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75~85KV. It is very suitable for the large electric&insulation equipments.

Working Principle:Its working principle is to vaporize moisture and remove gases from transformer oil in a high-vacuum environment, while heating the oil to about 55~65ºC. This temperature will not affect oil quality. Such working principle is similar to "boiling water at high altitude place" -In an normal atmosphere pressure environment, we need to heat the water to 100ºC to boil water, while at high altitudes, where the air pressure is much lower, we only need to heat the water to about 70~80 degrees.

Unique PLC Electric Control System: The ZYD series is equipped with REXON's unique PLC programming system for Intelligent, Safe, Convenient opearation. It enables fully automatic machine operation and intelligently monitors the machine's operating status, displaying it on the screen. The Operation is extremely convenient, requiring only one-touch to switch on and off. It features an intelligent protection system, which can accurately identifies mistake operation and meanwhile locks out the machine. Besides it can also intelligently identifies abnormal machine conditions, immediately halts operation, issues an audible alarm, and displays the fault part and provides repair instructions. In addition it has many functions. It can be used with a flow meter and flow inverter system to autonomously control process flow Rate. It can also be used with a moisture detector, automatically shutting down the machine when the oil content reaches your standard.
